These week long camps are structured to build bonds and improve relationships with youth and law enforcement by giving children a chance to see a Police Officers as a normal person who likes to have fun just like they do. Each officer selects 3-4 kids  ages 9-12 from their perspective community and brings them to and from camp everyday. P.A.C.T. West starts in June, P.A.C.T. camp South starts in July and this year (2009) a special P.A.C.T. Camp will be done for the Ford Heights Community in August. Along with fun activities like bowling, softball, and swimming, each camp also has a community service project, team building activities, and a graduation ceremony. These are some pics from P.A.C.T.
